If after the full consideration of evidence criminal court finds that husband has remarried and wife has sufficient ground to live separately, and husband is liable to maintain her under 125 Cr.P.C.

If court elaborate this finding of second marriage in judgment of 125.

How far copy of this judgment relevant to punish the husband for bigamy, if wife does not want to produce more evidence ???

It is sufficient to start prosecution, but it would still need to be decided independently.
