If no permission has been obtained from society then a formal resolution should be passed by society to initiate a legal action against such member. You may first personally meet such member then can serve a legal notice followed by police complaint and civil suit for injunction. Heavy fines can also be imposed upon such member by way of maintenance charges and penalty.

Members should take up it in the society by a resolution of a general body meeting with due notice of agenda to her also and should pass
a resolution against the noise nuisance with resolution for proposed actions that may be taken against her.
