Speaking in media regarding corruption in his deptt.

(Querist) 01 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
i'm an employee of west bengal forest deptt.i've substantial documentary evidence of corruption with me. can i Speak to electronic media about corruption of my deptt?
what Legal Action my deptt can take for such activity?
( i have already lodged complaint openly to my deptt & to state vigilance commission & enquiry in progress for 18 months.but i do not hope much from this enquiries because in our state vigilance is a toothless organisation & deptt always successfully covers the scams).
(vigilance already chargesheeted an officer with strong evidences but i know MIC will save him).

Since your conduct will be treated a misconduct for contact with press and other media as against the provisions of the Conduct Rules, you can be charge sheeted for on account of that.

sirs,
then what is the way out to fix the corrupt officer?
mahendrakumar (Expert) 02 December 2011
try to take up the matter before the public or authority from someone else who is not in the service.

If you are ready to sacrifice yourself for that purpose only then you should play the desired role otherwise prepare someone of your confidence to launch this agitation and then criminal case before High Court.

The facts come to you due to your employment, and one cannot expose, or publish confidential information, whatever it may be.

Which Dept, where there is no illegality, or 100% honesty??

R U , Ur Wife & children, all in ur own home not corrupt?

If u tell only truth, no lies, how long your family, your friends, your remains with you??
Why become Namak Haram??
which Dept is clean??
Who you know is clean??
As such you have no right to disclose any information, you recd due to your employment {life Time, even after your Resignation or retirement} .
You had brad and butter due to them till date.
In Gujarat I know cases where the Opponent and informants were murdered.

If you don's like this job, resign.

I amSorry, but we have to live with people, tell them in Dept, to improve themself.
Ghar ka ijjat ghar me rakho, bahar mat nikalo.
OK
Otherwise if you suicide, no one can stop you. You fight indoor with your bosses, Do not think to cut their throat in public, who feed you., It all is game of Life.
Even God Krishna or Great Pandava had to Lie.

thanks for your reply sir,
in my honest opinion.....
we should not safeguard clandestine corruption or we should not let it grow to that extent when no other option will be available except fighting.
in our family, noway our corruptin do not harm others.
if we do not disclose deseases of the society/deptt, we'll leave our future generation in a world, "full of saitans".
today what we are due to our foreathers.
ghar bolne se mai sare india ko samajhta hnu,i can not exclude people outside my deptt.
people of india feed me and my boss through taxes.my boss do not feed me rather they suck blood of society.
mine also game in life.
lie should be for good reason not to suck blood of poor people.

I differ with the view of Dear Shroff in the matter,as the querist is not moving against any dept.he is trying to expose the corruption. do it carefully.
tapan chakrabarty (Querist) 03 December 2011
exactly interpreted.
