84k in 7/12 extract

Sir,

My father purchased a land in 1987 in maval taluka for about 7 gunthas alongwith his two friends who purchased 2 and 1 gunthas. My father is a retired govt servant. He did not have any agricultural land. This land was 'gavatpad'. At the time of sale deed he was not informed that he has to submit proof of being farmer.

In 1995 this land had a remark as 84K (chauryansi ka)on 7/12 extract. He want to now sell the land, but by clearing the remark, so that the other party do not face any problem in future.

How can this clause of 84K be removed? Any procedure?
