Forcible possession of room

Respected sir,
a person was forcibly entered into house by giving threat that if you cant come with us i will tear blouse of my wife and implicate you in false case and taken signature on papers and throw out of the home, and complainant is homless, in august 2011 a private complaint was lodged u.s 384, 452, 406 and magistrate direct u.s 202 for investigation, but the police replied complainant not found from 4 months, the accused managed the police station till the report is pending by police please guide me

the complainant has to satisfy the court that contention of police that complainat not found for 4 months is false . since the police report is pending the complainant should appear before the police for further investigations
