I am a complainant under this section filed against my husband who is a lawyer. He was awarded with the punishment of 1 year SI and some fine. He appealed before district court but he was not successful. Again he appealed before high court. After a lapse of nearly 2 years, he could get his punishment annulled. When i appealed before Supreme court independently my case was dismissed and later through govt. we are trying. i want to know the procedure followed for getting the case on the board of SC, like from high court to Home Secretariat and .....

Why your case was dismissed by the SC?....this the main question in your case...if the things have been decided on merits then there your efforts to push the state to file SLP will be futile.
the limitation period will also be important here...admission of SLP as an Appeal is not your fundamental right before Supreme Court.

Now Dear Asma, you realise the Importance of Advocates?? Don's you think, it was wise to be with Advocate??
I think SC cannot be wrong.

Shroff Sir, I mean to say not theoretically "me", through my advocate only i appealed and not through State.

Power of logic is power of defense. It is power of negative , more you dive deep you will find pearls of defense.
You can not prove positive by logic but easy and simple to demolish . Power of defense is immense and perpetual.
