Executant role in a will.

Dear Experts Of forum, In a Will{which is not Registered; (& not probated,as it is not required in state of Andhra pradesh!)},can an EXECUTOR of the will represent the Legaties In the court of law for the disputes ? Or he/she needs to take a seperate GPA for this purpose? Thanking you ALL with a request to give your kind opinion at the earliest.

The executor can legally represent the legatee but subject to his GPA.

Dear makkad sir, i am confused with your answer.MY question is, wether Executor need a seperate GPA for safegaurding the interest of the Legaties? I hope i am clear? Thanking you ALL once again.
