Executant role in a will.

Dear Experts Of forum, In a Will{which is not Registered; (& not probated,as it is not required in state of Andhra pradesh!)},can an EXECUTOR of the will represent the Legaties In the court of law for the disputes ? Or he/she needs to take a seperate GPA for this purpose? Thanking you ALL with a request to give your kind opinion at the earliest.

yes, the executor can represent it

The executor can legally represent the legatee but subject to his GPA.
