A problem took place regarding ----- A unregistered Agreement for sale--------
The deed took place in the year 2003 regarding a immovable property stating that with in 2033 seller will handed over the said land through registered sale deed to the purchaser . On that deed a clause has been mentioned that the land has been transferred in the year 1997 and agreement for sale took place in the 2003. There are some other clause by which the purchaser have reserved the right to go to court of law if the seller disagree to perform the deed as per the agreement . The purchaser has planted rubber trees on that land and the land is in his possession since 1997 .
Now the problem took place from few days ago, the seller is trying to take the possession of the land by means of demarcation , however after giving a written objection to the Ld.DCM he is going through illegal proceeding of demarcation .
Now How should I stop the illegal Demarcation and what are the legal remedies I can take?

Need to go through the papers you can narrate all these illegality to the DCM and get a stay or interim order of status quo.
