sir it is directed by court to open a under guardian a/c for my 3.6 year old child for maintenance.
But what my wife opened her a/c in central bank of india and opened my child a/c in post office as a individual saving bank a/c without child photo and spellin error in parent name.
I am suspecting on the genuineness of this a/c . if it is a fraud and ungenuine a/c then under which sections can i file a case against of my wife. can i do this under section 420. plz advice me

If you deposit the money in the account as provided by your wife in the court then you remain no more liable for any fault in the account.

Rightly stated, you have to deposit in this account, no case of 420 made out.

I have already replied your earlier query. You cannot challenge Minor Account opened in a Post office, as the account has been opened only by a legal guardian. Minor accounts in a Post office do not require photograph of the minors, as features of any small child always go on changing.
Photgraph of only that person, who operates the account on behalf of the minor, can be used in the account.
I don't think any bank allows minor account of such a small child, whereas only the Post Office provides such a facility, which may be even more than a century old facility.
So, you will have to deposit the due amount of maintenance in the account opened for the minor, irrespective of in which bank it is opened.
