CAN A LADY TENANT DEFAULTING IN RENTAL PAYMENT BE SENT TO CIVIL PRISON THROUGH COURT EXECUTION PROCESS.

There is no discrimination in Indian Law on the basis of gender.

First establish your legal dues by proper process of law and enforce to collect is in proper legal manner.

Certainly a lady has more arsenal to harass and terrorize you since.,

Yes, she can be sent to prison but by orders
of court only.
