Sir,my whole society is under repair for last 2 years & due to improper work of our wings we are not making any payments towards contribution .society secretary & Treasurer neither accept our complaint in writing nor taking proper action.They are also not giving proper accounts for repairing fund now without any approval they are charging interest @ 21% on outstanding amount in that case i would like to know can soc.charges interest on building repairing fund ?what is the remedies available to me ..... Pl.reply .Even registrar doesn't take any action agst.or complaint.Now pl.guide what to DO?

I is your mistake.Pay dues then ask any facility and ask for inferiority of services

You are not paying so regisrat shall not take notice of your complaint. Please follow what Mr Sidiqui is saying.
If the registrat is illegally restraining himself from tking action file write mandamus in HC
