Fathers property

I am Vaishali this case related to My father
My father have 4 brothers and 3 sisters they including in his mother also they all are filed Dava (case) for property which was purchased by father, mother & brother his owned property on the basis HUF.
Only one property which was 9 acre purchase by my father when his father is alive & that time all brother and sister name are included in 7/12 extract on this property only but the main right have my fathers only.
In property dava case they are saying on this 9 acre property income you purchase all other property which was my brother & my mother name
Registration and all other documents clear title to my brother and my mother name.
Pls.give some opinion on this case.

you have to prove that other properties were not purchased from the income of the 9 acre plot . contact a local lawyer . after going therough the case papers he will advise you how to defend the suit
whether your brother was working and from his savings he has purchased property . ? similarly where did your mother get funds for buying property?

Since the prohibition of the Benami Transaction Act in the year 1988,the property to be belong whose name is included in the registered Deed,it does not matter who were provided the money when it was purchased.Beside this in fact it is difficult to prove in Court.
