Hello sir i need your advice, i am a landlord of my building in santacruz east. Of lately one of my tenant has bought the new car and has parked his car in my building compound without my permission and approval and now is refusing to remove his car from my predesignated parking lot. after talkin to him & police complain he still is not removing his car. I need to know weather he is allowed to frocefully parking the car in pagadi building without any written approval or permission OR else can i tow his car out of my compund and park it outside of my building. Please do help me with proper legal advice and to know that who is on wrong side of law.

Mr Bedre,
If he is your tenant, there may be some conditions imposed by you as a landlord in the Pagadi System. Better, terminate Pagadi system, If he is forcefully parking his vehicle without your permission. Inform him to execute registered Leave and License with proper terms and conditions alongwith parking clause etc.

what are terms and conditions of your rental agreement ? what are clauses in said agreement regarding car parking . he has to make an application or allotment of car parking slot . you have to grant permission subject to payment of parking cahrges .
