Franking charges for mortage of property

We would like to mortgage a immovable property situated in Navi Mumbai whose market value is 1.5 crore and the loan facility taken on it is 8 crores. We have given other assets as security also.

We would like to know the about of franking charges to be paid to create the mortgage.

Is there any upper limit to the amount of franking charges or not.

visit your nearest nationalised bank branch doing franking of documents . charges of nationalised banks are reasonable
