UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
On mentioning, let this matter be taken on board.In view of the order, which we had passed on 29th November, 2010, let the date of hearing be preponed from the month of February, 2012 and let the matter be listed for final disposal on 12th July, 2011, at the top of list.

It started listed on 12 july 2011 and started showing up every week ie Tuesday Wed and Thursday. but it never came up for hearing for several months up to NOV 12. Now it stop listing on these days.
Q1. what should i need to do to list my case for the final disposal.
Q2. I asked my ADVACATE ON RECORD many time to mention this SLP for final hearing he says that the court is not accepting any king of mention at this time.
SLP was filed in the year 2005 it is almost 7years now. So what should i do.
Q3. This case is been litigation for the past 40 years. And the Petitioner age is 60 years now he bought the land when he was a minor. So any law or rule to get the hearing fast?

File application u/s 151 of CPC with ur supporting affidavit for early hearing of ur
SLP in SC and ask ur senior lawyer to do the
needful at the earliest.

Moving an application u/s 151 CPC for early hearing is your only resort. The Court considering the age of the petitioner and pendency may allow the matter to be listed soon.
