Dear Sir,
A man is residing in Delhi and his married woman file the case u/s 498-A/406/34 at her parents home i.e jaipur(allege cause of action takes place in Delhi) which were quashed by jaipur court
Now the option lies on husband to file the case u/s 120-B/191/211/499/500 to prosecute woman
Kindly inform whether husband can prosecute his wife at Delhi as allege cause of action taken place in Delhi( and woman has file the case at her parents home only to harass him) ?

why you want to waste money on legal fees? the false case filed by your wife has been quashed . why you want to indulge in more litigation ?
go for divorce if you want to separte from your wife . the fact that false case has been quashed should help you .
