Sir,
we have been given Anticipatory bail by jaipur session court for limited period of 30days for alleged sections u/s 498-A/406 with condition that we have to apply for Ilaqa magistrate for regular bail

we are residing in Delhi, saket Jurisdiction, whether we have to apply for regular bail at our Delhi jurisdiction?

1. Ilaqa Magistrate is one having jurisdiction over the PS where offence against you is registered.

2. You will have to file a bail application before the magistrate, who would after your NOTIONAL arrest/Surrender, release you on bail after you adduce one solvent surety each (who has to be a localite of the same very district).
