Sir,
I ( my cousin)has got the Anticpatory bail from Rajasthan session court on charges 498-A/406. In such cases whether Rajasthan Police can arrrest us from our residence located at Delhi by merely satting that they have not received the Anticipatory bail orders?
If they adamantly proceed on arresting us by ignoring the court orders what will be remedy to avoid such arrest?

Don't worry. A copy of the order is there on police file. IO has already been apprised and directed to release you on bail. If he proceeds to, inspite of court's directions - he would be line haazir.
