Title clearance certificate - urgent

Dear Experts


I have made an agreement to purchase the property .

and submitted the documents to my advocate from that he has found that

Main land is an agriculture is in name of MR. X and after his death his land is transfer to his 2 sons Mr. Y and Mr. Z

after this there is entry in Talati Mantri Register for land getting non agriculture and in which there is only name of Mr. Y's wife and his sons Mr. Z's name is somewhat not reflected in forwarding entry and in any documents made after that ....

Order of non agriculture is also made in name of Mr. Z's wife and etc.


is it problematic to issue the Title clearance certificate for advocate and shall i make this deal or drop the deal..??

Please advice me

is there any way to clear this title of property .... ?? or any solution to this problem ?????

to know clear about the property you take the mutation entry extract. From this document you will get how the property transferred to other persons

In the given facts, the chain of the title is not complete and there is high risk in purchasing such property. Even the bank shall not become ready to sanction loan to you against purchase of the given property. Now next decision depends upon you.
