Does session court has the right to quash the FIR u/s 324 or 307 Of IPC?

No
Quashing can be done only by the HC.

Thanks for replying, but If there is any other way out to dismiss the case in the session court only if it is pending in the session court. FIR states the section as 307 of IPC but the session court itself has not approved anything as it is waiting to receive the medical report. Please tell me the way out to get the case dismissed in session court only if compromise is on the verge outside the court.

You ca challenge the section while framing of charge.

thanks for replying sir. Can you please guide me tha procedural steps available with us as per law for getting the aforesaid case dismissed/finished (whatever the way out) in the session court?
