Vacant dindoshii courts

(Querist) 07 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
What kind of judicial system and democracy we are living in as City Civil Courts in Dindoshi-Mumbai are vacant and do not have regular judges for almost 5-6 months to hear the pending cases. Is it not the perfect case of a rogue govt. harassing law abiding citizens who are compelled to approach courts. Pl. suggest what to do ?
