Dear Experts
I was making query on the judgment number on the changes recommended by SC on present working of Central and State Commission with experts RT Act 2005. None could give, but advised me to try in Google search . I did and got it as follows. WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 210 of 2012.
Will this is a recommendation for parliament to consider or is law already?

Recommendations or suggestions made by Court for amending law cannot be regarded as Law. The Govt should take steps to introduce a Bill in the parliament and get it passed as law.

Write WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 210 of 2012.followed by Name of the High Court and go to it's site.
