MY COUSIN SISTER IS MARRIED FROM A WRONG PERSON, HE WILL BE BEATEN HER AND TORCHER HER
.HER FATHER WAS NOT ALIEVE AND SHE WANTS TO LEAVE HER HUSBAND AND SHE HAS A 2 CHILD ALSO AND SHE WANTS TO LEAVE WITH ME AND I ALSO GIVE HER A NEW FREEDOM LIFE PLZ CONVINCEC ME IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE OR NOT AND WE DECIEDED TO CHANGE OUR RELIGION ANE MARRIED EACH OTHER WAS IT IS POSSIBLE SIR PLZ GIVE ME DETIAL KNOWEDLGE.......

As far as my knowledge goes only South Indian Hindu traditions permit cousin marriage, NOT North Indian. First of all, check if your family traditions permit cousin marriage or not. It seems to me that you have deep "feelings" for your cousin.

Our Constitution grants freedom of religion. You may opt to convert to any religion you wish. For this, you may please get in touch with a good-natured religious person or priest who will be willing to assist you in your ceremonial conversion. After you have converted don't forget to publish your affidavit in your local daily announcing your new religion and new name.

First of all ur cousin has to obtain divorce from her husband and then think about marriage. U can convert any religion but it should not be mockery. Praise ur religion and propagate and profess the same.

your cousin sister will be jumping from frying pan to fire .

if her husband is torturing her she has enough remedies under DV act . she can also file for divorce .

under no circumstances should you both change your religion and marry . change of religion to circumvent the law wont serve any purpose . she is already married and cannot remarry without divorce

Even if both of you convert to islam, yet if you marry her without her divorce then be in jail on the charge of adultery as and when her husband decides.

Please carefully read what Mr Mohd Raffiq said. Many person make mockery of the religion by converting to islam just for the sake of justifying cousine marriage or to justify plural marriage.

The remedy is divorce and not conversion.

You should not marry her just because you have some soft feeling.

Do you profess any religion?

or just born in!?
