Criminal actions done by the familiy to common people

A Man who is working in a govt schoolas a teacher and house wife, two sons for the couple. one son who is working as temporary archakar in our agraharam temple . second son studying vedas.Due to thiers illegal activities,misbehaviour . we havesubmitted the petitions on the temporary archakar and his family memebers misbehaviour . so he was suspended two months before from the services. By taking this as motive , the Man(father) and his first son(who was the temporary archakar who has suspended) using his wife as a tool , repeatedly filing false cases,false police complaints and issuing lawyer notices , filing false private cases at court against the persons. Her the false complaining staements are as follows (by putting the individual names) scold me in public places and call me like a call girl, calling me to make sex (against the persons who has submittied the pettions against their illegal activities and mis behaviour ).
Kindly give me any suggestion to come out of this famility false cases and we came to know that the above are there usual practice against the person who lends money to them while ask for repayment and if any person who felt enemy to them that family using thier familiy girl as tool to make fraud complaints.
Kindly give your suggestions how to take criminal action thro huma rights since they are failing cases against old age people . that old aged people are too worried mentally....

This society seems to be a public trust. If it is so then file a suit for removal of the trustees.
Filing criminal cases against them for criminal intimidation is another option.

Sir,the temple is under the control of HRCE dept. and we have submitted the pettions to them and they have taken their dept action and suspend that tepry archakar. Due to that they are doing like this..

Ok..then you file counter cases against them.
You certainly can not stop a person from filing cases true or false against anyone.
