In Jharkhand, Shibu Soren has contracted with BJP For holding the top position in ministry by alternatively elected for 2.5 years each. Isn't such an agreement agaisnt public policy and void according to sections of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT,1872.

no . it is a agreement between 2 political parties to run a colation goverment in jharkhand

could you please elaborate a bit more. what if such an agreement causes strife in the state because of discord between parties leading to breaking law and order causing trouble to common people ?

in such acase whewrein parties dont get along one party cna with draw support . fresh elections can be called if no party is in position to form govt
