1.I have made complaint about encroachment
2. In response Govt.Officer have issued Notice to encroachment holders.
3. I have Received threatening Call regarding same. Use of dire words. Will face consequences in conversation.
4. I have filed NC in police, they have registered complaint under Section 507 IPC.(Criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication)
5. I have recording of conversation.There are certain names & places mentioned in conversation.
6.I have case subjudice in town from which Call came. The town is 300 kms from my place.I have to visit that town for Court proceedings.
Queries
1. What will be the next step after
filing NC.
2. What are the chances of guilty being
caught & punished.
3. How can I safeguard myself & family.

i hope you have given police copy of the recorded conversation to enable cops to investigate and take action against the culprits.
apply for police protection as their is danger to your life from encroachers .
