Please suggest me some judgments in relation to the trial of offence under Section 4 of the PCMCS Act???what points should be asked during cross examination in these type of offences??

mr mkkad is right . cross examination would depend upon facts of case . without going through the case papers , evidence led we cant advse you on questions to be asked in cross

There is so many citations but almost all are against.

The main crux of the case under this act is that
1 there should be no compulsion to make members

2 The earning should not be dependent on making only new members.

3 The motto of making new members should not be to earn money only.
