Can diviosnl bench hear the lpa in criminal matters?

I have file the Criminal Petition for quashing of FIR in High Court and which is pending before the single judge..In case if it is dismissed on any grounds, can the same is appealable before Divisional bench? or only SLP is maintainable?

Under which case category, the appeal before Divisional bench is maintainable?

SLP is the only remedy.

There is no provision in the given facts to file appeal before DB.
