Sale of huf property

A flat is being sold. It belongs to a HUF which has a karta and two coparseners as per HUF bank statement. who shall sign the agreement and do we need any additional documents from the coparseners of HUF.

Though Karta is sufficient to sign with the NOC of other coparceners but it shall be better if all 3 sing the sale-deed.
