Daughter right in joint hindu family property

whether daughter became the coparcener in the joint hindu ancestral property by birth as son became co-owner according to mitraksha law or her right created after death of her father ?

Yes she is the co-parcener for the ancestral properties and legal heir for her father's self acquired properties.

She is equal in her right as of her brother in the ancestral property w.e.f. 2005.

Yes!daughter also became the coparcener in the joint hindu ancestral property by birth as if she were also born as son in the eye of amended law.

yes. she became coparcener by birth ,not after father death.but only after Hindu succession amendment act 2005.

as far as father's self acquired, but intestate(dies without a will ) property,she is a claimant being class1 legal heir.
