Dear Sir,

One person parking his car infront of my room window without left any space bitween window & car what can i do ?

You try to keep your window open (always or preferably well in time before he tries to park his car). If that is done by you, naturally he will have to think how to park rather than your thinking what to do.

Or can have Window Grill,
If in co-op society, Complain, and get resolution passed for parking space, not coming in way of Light and Air thru Window.

You have right to open your window and also open air thereto. You can definitely seek an injunction order against such of your valuable right.
