Harassment calls from icici bank for credit card collection

Dear Respectable Honors,
I had availed te card and was a prompt payer. As I had lost my job I was not in a position to continuosly pay the credit card. Getting abusive and very inproper manner calls from ICICI Collection agency to pay the outstanding .Although i never denied to pay the outstanding I just ask the lady that i will be ok to pay the outstanding in years time or atleast 8 months.That to after 2 months down the line when I will be in position to settle down the things. But she is using very improper language and when i tell her that i will take legal action that she replied me back that ... Jo banta ho kar le and all.....
Please advice me the path would be thankful to you .

Recovery Agents engaged by Banks” guidelines were issued by RBI on 24 April 2008.
Can’t breach your privacy
Can’t call you up at odd hours or at untimely occasions
Can’t use abusive language
If the recovery agents crosses the line of decency, report his behaviour to the bank.
If the respective bank doesn’t heed your complaint against the agent or you are not satisfied by its response, you can get in touch with the banking ombudsman.
