Can father divorce relation from his sons

Hi
we are 2 brothers from 2nd wife of father both now adults, we have had a big dispute with father and we have to be honest that this dispute is between my mother (ex wife of our father) and our father.
On following advice from mother, we have committed wrongful action against father (done criminal fraud and removed money from fathers bank account with doing copy signature on fathers cheque book and withdrawal money)
Father now wishes to divorce his relation with us 2 sons as we have not been honest and have followed wrong advice. also money taken from account is in our bank account and father now distrust us 2 brothers.
can father boycott us 2 brothers and divorce himself from children of ex-wife who was 2nd wife, and favour all children from 1st wife who father still married with
can father exclude us 2 brothers from final will and only include other 4 children from 1st wife.
please help to put matter right

you have betrayed trust of your father . thank your stars your father has not filed criminal complaint of forgery , cheating against you .
the least you can do now is return the money you have with drawn from your father account and submit written apology
your father can disown his sons who have forged his signature and bequeath his property to whom so ever he desires

Mutual trust and faith is a must for maintenance of cordial relations within the family. Just think, what you would feel, if your sons deceive you in your old age, like you have done with your father.
Shri Ajay Sethi is right in his advice. Your father, if he likes so, can even send you in jail for forgery, dishonesty, and fraud, what to say of snapping relations with you.

my father has filed a case with the police who are investigating and fir will be given. what can i do. how long will be sentence if i get caught. will all three (me, my brother and my mother get into trouble)

Punishment would depend upon what sections you are charged with. Better way, refund the money of your father, and ask for his forgiveness. He may forgive you and you would be saved for any punishment.
