Facts of the Case:
I am working as Personal Secretary to Hon’ble Judge in High Court of A.P. I have some property problem, hence, I need your suggestion with regarding to the following matter:
My father’s father (our grandfather) was expired last year without writing any will. We have some property in our village. My grandfather has some property in that village and that to the property was received from his father. My grandfather had three daughters and only one son (my father). Now the doubt is whether the daughters of our grandfather are also eligible for that property, which is received from the ancestors or my father is only the legal heir of that property.

Please indicate the relevant years - as to when the property was received by whom etc.

more than fifty years (before independence) our grandfather's father acquired that property and after our grandfather has received that property from his father

Your aunts (sisters of your father) have also equal share in the entire properties left by your grand father. Your father is entitled only for 1/4 share in the given facts. I do presume that your grand-mother has already expired.

Being personal secretary to Hon'ble Judge, I think you understand what I meant when I asked you to indicate year-wise details. Either you did not understand my query properly or you do not want to share the details.
It is not possible to give answer to your query, unless you give the desired information.

If your grand-father is still alive, don't put such silly questions. Pray God to provide long and healthy life to your grand-father,
