My wife filed case u/s 9 of H.M.A, in Family Court(session court) has passed decree in her favour.

I have Apprehension that she will take undue benefit of this decree.

Making me ex-parte by giving wrong address.all notices will remain unserved and he may get ex-parte orders.

Any provision available for this please tell me.

Can i apply for CAVEAT application in Family court ?

Experts:- please guide me.

Dear Querist
file a set aside application before court & also file a caveat petition before district court and show that this decree has been obtained by playing fraud by your wife. this decree will be set aside.

No need to file any caveat. However file an application for setting aside the exparte decree in the same court.
