DEAR SIR,
MY LATE GRAND FATHER HAVING ONE PRPERTY IN AGRA (UP)(AREA 200 SQUARE YARD ALONG WITH CONSTRUCTION), ALONG WITH MY FATHER HAVING THREE BROTHER,TWO OF THEM AGREE FOR PROPERTY MUTATION BUT ONE OF THE BROTHER ARE NOT AGREE FOR PROPERTY MUTATION, KINDLY ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE SO THAT WE CAN GET OUR PROPERTY.

Nobody can predict how much time it will take for the final decision as it depends upon case to case.

Yes you can expect minimum 3 years in case of contest or even more than that.

Time of a partition suit keenly contested between parties can not be predicted since even preliminary decree may be contested upto supreme court.
