Claim of heirs on father's land got on lease from state govt

(Querist) 13 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Mr.ABC is carrying a business (running a small scale industry) on a piece of land (two acres)given to him by the state govt for 99 years (around 50 years still left)on lease. On the same piece of the land all his sons and daughters are living making their own houses.
Two years before one of the sons say Mr.XYZ convinced Mr. ABC that if they get permission for diversification (getting permission for carrying out more than one business)on the leased land then the land will be more secure as the original industry permitted had lost priority in govt policy matters.
In this way Mr.XYZ misled his father and formed an LLP and managed to get transferred the lease deed to his name being General Manager of the LLP from his father's name.
Although in the memorandum of the LLP, name of all the sons and daughters of Mr. ABC are mentioned as his legal heirs. But the LLP is hijacked by Mr.XYZ with help of two of his brothers whom he has also misled and is denying any information to others especially the sisters.
Now Mr.XYZ says to his sisters that they have no right on the father's leased property already transferred to his LLP.Further he is forcing them to vacate their houses made on the father's original leased land.
My questions are:
1. If any of the heirs (son/daughter)of Mr. ABC unable to pay the asked sum to become a member of the LLP, will lose his claim in the leased land now under LLP?
2. Can any of the heirs of Mr.ABC file a title suit for claiming his share in the leased land under LLP and establish his own business on it?
3.can any one of the heirs being or not being the member of the LLP move a court to dissolve the LLP as being formed with ill intentions?
