My FIR u/s section 341 was dismissed in 2003.
Subsequent to that, under RTI, I have come to know that the Investigation Officer, was punished for not conducting a proper investigation.and submitting the proper reports and documents to the court.
This was the reason for the dismissal.

I have given these reports for translation and will be receiving them tomorrow.

Can I ask for retrial? After so many years.Pls guide

if they will conducting retrial, you can file quash petition at high court, surely you will succeed your case,

Dear Querist
the limitation of filing these type of case is specifically mention u/s 468 of Cr.PC.
so after 10 year you can not entitle to retrial the same.
