Stamp duty on final agreement

I had brought a property and paid stampduty and registration charges. I had signed part payment agreement for the same. Now after getting the loan from the bank i want to register final agreement where full payment has been done to seller. what are rules for such cases and what stamp duty will be required as per Maharashtra law?

check ready reckoner for market value of property . stamp duty has to be paid as per ready reckoner rates in MUMBAI.

Stamp duty differs from State to State and also depends upon the value of the property, check with the office of the registrar or contact local lawyer.

I have already paid the stamp duty and registration rate applicable at the time of doing part payment registration. Now i need to do make full payment to seller and register that document so as to confirm zero outstanding.
