wife compromised 498a. But habitual complainer against husband since several years for small or big issues.
At this time seems to be peaceful.
Moving to USA, does wife has any provision of charging again another 498a in USA for whatsoever reasons that she might think like in the past?

she can file complaint in USA if she is a victim of domestic violence . similarly if you harass her for dowry in USA she can complain to cops . if you settle down in USA she can also file for divorce in USA .

Law in USA a are bit strict and for any false complaint from wife she can be in trouble. Being in foreign country one should try to observe full discipline. On the other hand any initiative from you towards domestic violence can put you in continuous trouble.

In USA there is no provision like 498A but general case for assault can be lodged.
It is you not us who can better answer the query.
Form legal point of view there is bar to lodge second or third complaint u/s 498A IPC.
