they issued forged medical certificate and admit in the case as a witness.

Do you expect the experts to guess what is the real case and its background and provide you solution on the basis of their presumptions. If you have a query you must also write brief of the case.

By the way, who are they, whom they issued fake medical certificate and for what purpose, were they competent to issue medical certificate, and made witness in which case and against whom?
