Cheque bounce

I have lend money to my friend in year 2009 till 2011 didnt have any problem but wen i requested to pay back debt he issued cheque to me in 2012 which got bounced i issued notice for same in 2012 but he didnt accept the notice he left home in the same month and till now he absconding now he returned what can i do..... to recover the debt

Now cheque bouncing case can not be filed.
However you can file suit for recovery of money.

Yes you can not go for the cheque bounce and you can file recovery suit as advised by sri Barman

go to a lawyer who would make you understand the law and section of money suit.
