My wife filed 498 a and DVC against me and that was still pending with court. I had applied for divorce and that was canceled in the lower court.
I want to go for appeal in High court by taking orders from lower court. Can you please tell me the maximum time limit that I have to go for appeal without any justifications.
Please tell me the process to apply.
