Getting stay order for redevelopment

Our building is getting redeveloped under DCR 33(7). There is dispute going on between me and the owner. for which i have written many letters to MHADA, developer and Owner of the premises. i haven't got any reply neither from MHADA nor from developer nor from owner of the premises. MHADA has issued N.O.C. for redevelopment. and developer has got I.O.D. from M.C.G.M.

I want to get stay order for the same. How I can get it on my own. I dont want to go with any lawyer at this moment due to financial issues. How i can obtain stay order for same? Pls revert as soon as possible....

You can obtain the help of Free Legal Aid if your financial condition do not allow you to engage a lawyer.

It is always advisable to engage a professional if eligible from free legal aid center or otherwise.

Visit a local court where Legal Aid Services Authority is there.

Visit the nearest court, where in the disputed property is situated. Every court campus will have a legal aid center. They will help you.

Free Legal aid can be got obtained by moving an application before the trial judge who shall send your application to the appropriate authority and you shall be provided with free legal aid on the same day.
