Mr.Amit - with how many queries you come to this platform?
Isaac Gabriel

Relinquished how? oral or by registered deed.
If done by registered deed, you cannot question if the property is gifter or sold.

Author,
Once you have relinquished your rights in the property, you should forget it morally or legally.
However, if not easy for you, consult local lawyer and show him the relinquishment deed and other related papers and explore the possibility if the relinquishment deed could be cancelled on technical grounds.

once deed of relinquishment has been stamped and registered you have no rights on said house . your mother is absolute owner and can dispose it as she pleases

Persuade your mother to gift that property in your name as earliest as possible.

For the sake of avoiding the heat you jumped out of the frying pan but sorry, you have jumped into the fire itself directly. You can do nothing about it now because now the property is your mother's property and a property in the hands of a women is exclusively her own property.

Dear Issac Sir,
It was an oral family settlement.

Oral settlement has no value in the eyes of law if either of the concerned person raises objection thereto.

Dear Sir,
So how can i take my share?
Raj Kumar Makkad
(Expert) 18 August 2014
As you have not relinquished your rights in the property in writing hence your share is still intact. file a civil suit for partition and possession against your sisters and mother.

Mr. Amit, do not be offended, we are here to help the needy but you cannot take us for granted by furnishing insufficient information and then posting further details when sought for. You will be the loser by getting improper advise and opinion for your insufficient information on the query seeking clarification. That is why I had asked you that why do you resort to supply information on piece meal basis.
