(Querist) 15 August 2014 This query is : Resolved 
can an individual press charges against the presiding judge if the court proceedings are not conducted in a proper manner. Can the Chief Justice of India be notified about this ? kindly list out the relevant provisions?

facts: the judge has been conducting the trial one sided. the facts provided by the plaitiff has been contradictory and judge has not pressed charges for perjury and more over he has taken all such facts as evidence against the defendant.

No, the judge individual is not responsible for any of his official acts.
If you are aggrieved then go to high court for setting aside the order .

You can prya for transfer of the case s well to another court.

let judge pass orders in your case . you can go in appeal against impugned order . point out inconsistencies in evidence .
