sir thank you for the reply. sir you told me to file a petition in high court of karnataka. sir what petition is it 482 petition or wp petition to disposed the discharge petition in the lower court since it is pending since may 2013. on september 2013 the pp has filed the objection

dear sir,
writ petition to dispose the discharge application will be lapse of your time and money.
better, file petition under sec 482 of CrPC before high court to quash FIR and all the proceedings against you. if high court quashes your case, then your purpose will be served.
(though i need to check your documents and know the facts of the case for accurate advice)
