My problem is bank has taken possession after advertising notice under rule 8, in one daily news paper. Whereas rule 8 under sarfaesi act 2002 requires notice to debtor to be published in two dailies one in vanacular. Also the publication made says symbolic possession is taken but bank is getting ready to auction the property. Is this possession valid???
