We had registered an agreement regarding a property owned by my father and his two siblings. It's a commercial property and as per the terms of the registered agreement the eldest sibling will use the commercial property but in case the Sibling rents itout to a third party then the rent will be shared by all the original owners.My Father has just come to know that without changing the name or the function of the commercial property his siblings has given apart of the premise on rent how can we compel the Sibling to come out with the truth

Best remedy to settle the problem within family instead court

If you are able to search / find lease deed / rent deed / agreement for proving the letting / solid proof of letting, you may be strong legally, otherwise it would be difficult to prove.

Amicable settlement is best solution.
