how can one recover his property after the lapes of lease

I had lease out my 2 shops last year for 11 months now even after the lapse of lease period tenant is not vacating my shops. Is there any way to have shops vacated without going to court

The way to have shops vacated without going to court is settlement of the issue with mutual discussions or to take help of the elders and eminent persons of the locality.

Otherwise, serve the lessees with a lawyer's notice to vacate the shops.
